Jungians would explain sex dreams as a symbolic of the attraction to and urge to merge with polar opposites. So, it can refer to wholeness, psychological completion; union of different aspects of yourself. Frightening, oppressive or unpleasant sexual dreams often relate to repressed or unresolved spiritual problems.
Dreams of having sex and or orgasm are normal for both males and females. Although sexual dreams can pinpoint sexual or physical problems, they are just as likely to be symbolic of your own masculine or feminine aspects or attitudes. This kind of dream probably represents the intensity and possibly the newness and variety of your sexual passion. A serious of nightmarish dreams at this time, related to sexual experiences, may relate to fears about your changing identity. The pending experience may have stimulated anxieties from the past about fears of abandonment, rejection or intimacy. Dreams in which you are sexually rejected are common during recovery from divorce or separation.
Freudians would interpret sex dreams as some infantile sexual wish or attitude. Waking event will not enter your dreams unless related to deep-seated feelings or attitudes. Any conflicts about sexuality will be reflected in sex dreams. Many sex dreams are heavily disguised as other activities. For instance, going in or through a back door can represent anal intercourse.
Dreaming of having sex with a parent when this has never happened in waking life, may symbolize feminine or masculine aspects of yourself or of archetypes. Dreaming of sex with a male or female authority figure may represent a disguised parent substitute. Having a parent visible while you are having sex with someone else may relate to the sexual roles or mores that parent thought you, possibly an attempt to overcome them.
You can interpret dreams about sex as relating to an over sexual needs.
They can show you something about waking relationship issues with others. Or dreams about sex can reveal perceptions about your sexuality in the contest of your social or political society. They can reflect early feelings or teaching about sex, marriage, love and male or female roles.
How do you feel in the dream? Fear or happiness?
Some other things to consider are unfinished relationship issues and conflicts about a customary way of relating to other people.

I had a dream of having sex with two work colleagues, in the work staff room whilst they were in their work outfits. Then I was overheard by my old head teacher. In waking life I would not and have not had sexual relations with these two guys.

Recently I had a dream that my most recent ex boyfriend and I were having sex in various places around his parents house, thinking they were on vacation. They came home and started scolding us as if we were 16 year olds when we’re both over 21. It bothered me because I rarely have sex dreams involving my current boyfriend who I am sexually active with.

I had a dream that my current boyfriend and i were having a threesome (not something I would normally do in reality) with a strange girl, and as soon as he climaxed (inside of/with her, not me) I got so angry with him for even doing the whole threesome thing and walked out… what does this mean?

I had a dream that I was having sex with my current boyfriend. I was on top of him and we were doing different positions and it seemed like I was counting how many times we did each position? (if you understand what I mean). We are quite sexually active so I don’t think its a desire for sex. Can someone please help me?…I don’t know how to interpret it.

I had a dream where my most recent ex-boyfriend and I were still together but I found out he was engaging in homosexual sex acts with an ex-boyfriend from a long time ago. In the dream we argued about his affair and I could not handle knowing that he had gay sex with my ex boyfriend.
What does this mean?

Ok, so your having sex in the dream can symbolize various things. However in this instance it means that it is a desire for sex, simply because you don’t know the man and this means that you could care less who it is with. Also, the whiteness symbolizes the innocence of this sex, or rather the want for it to be innocent. The other kinky stuff is just that. kinky stuff. Him dying is you realizing your mistake, but it being too late to do anything about it.

I had a dream that I was seducing a man. I didn’t recognize him in the dream but I had him tied to a chair and was kissing him and teasing him. When I climbed onto his lap and we started going at it he died at the same time he climaxed. Also everything in the dream was white - our clothes, the chair, and white sheer curtains surrounding us.
Anybody got any ideas what this means? I’ve heard dying in a dream was very bad?
